Description

Mariners Landing is a luxury waterfront residential community
located at 56 Maple Street along the Branford River in Branford, Connecticut. Developed by Mariners Landing, LLC, the approximately six-acre project transformed a long-dormant former industrial property into a 147-unit, four-story residential community designed around waterfront living and resort-style amenities.

Completed in 2024, the development features multiple residential buildings with modern apartments, water views, elevators, balconies, quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, in-unit laundry, and upscale fi nishes. Community amenities include a pool, fitness center, game room, golf simulator, dog park and wash room, conference and work-from-home spaces, outdoor gathering areas, walking paths, and direct access to the marina.
